Refund Policy
We want you to feel good about every purchase. This policy explains when refunds apply for our digital products and services. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days and we will work with you to find an appropriate solution.

1. Digital products and AI outputs
Our reports, playbooks, packs and AI-generated outputs are digital content delivered immediately. By starting your purchase you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal expires once delivery begins, as permitted under EU consumer law.
If you have not yet downloaded the product or generated the AI output, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
2. Quality guarantee
If a digital product is materially defective, fails to deliver, or does not match its description, contact us within 30 days and we will repair, re-deliver or refund it.
3. Implementation support
Hourly implementation support can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the session for a full refund. Sessions cancelled inside 24 hours, or no-shows, are non-refundable. Time already delivered is billed.
4. Coupons and discounts
Refunds on discounted purchases are issued for the amount actually paid. Coupons used on a refunded order are not re-issued unless we issued the coupon as part of a goodwill resolution.
5. Gift purchases
Gift purchases can be refunded to the original purchaser within 14 days, provided the recipient has not yet redeemed the gift. Once redeemed, the gift follows the digital-products rules above.
6. How to request a refund
Email navigator@yournorthstar.cc with your order details and a short note on why you are requesting a refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
