1. What AI does here
Our products use AI models to analyse the inputs you provide and produce tailored summaries, suggestions and plans — for example the AI Opportunity Report or generated reflections in the Context Layer.
2. Limitations
AI outputs are probabilistic. They can be incomplete, out of date, confidently wrong, or miss context only you know. Always read outputs critically and apply your own judgement before acting on them.
3. Not professional advice
AI outputs are not legal, medical, financial, tax, psychological or investment advice. For decisions in those areas, consult a qualified professional.
4. Human-first principle
Our products exist to give time, attention and energy back to humans. You remain the decision-maker. We design with calm, intentionality and your wellbeing in mind — never to maximise engagement.
5. Data used by AI
AI providers process your inputs as our subprocessors and do not use them to train third-party foundation models. See the Privacy Policy and GDPR & Data Processing pages for details.
6. Reporting issues
If an AI output looks wrong, harmful or biased, tell us. We use these signals to improve prompts, guardrails and our choice of model.
