We collect only what we need to deliver our products and run our business:

• Account & purchase data: name, email address, billing country and the products you purchase, including coupon codes and gift recipients.
• Waitlist & interest signals: email address, audience (family / professional / business), the challenge you describe and your purchase intent.
• Content you provide: answers, reflections and context you submit to generate AI outputs or downloadable reports.
• Technical data: IP address, device, browser and pages visited, collected through privacy-respecting analytics.

• To deliver the digital product, PDF or AI output you purchased.
• To manage waitlists, validate demand and tell you when a product is ready.
• To send transactional emails (receipts, downloads, account notices).
• To honour coupon and gift purchases.
• To improve our products and understand which content is useful.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We rely on (a) contract to deliver products you buy, (b) legitimate interest to operate and improve the service, (c) consent for optional marketing and non-essential cookies, and (d) legal obligation for invoicing and tax records.

When you generate a report or use an AI feature, your inputs are processed by carefully selected AI providers acting as our processors. We do not sell your inputs and we do not use them to train third-party foundation models. See our AI Disclaimer for more on how AI outputs should be interpreted.

We share data only with vetted processors who help us operate:

• Hosting and database infrastructure.
• Email delivery for receipts and product downloads.
• Payment processors for checkout (they handle card data directly).
• AI model providers for generated outputs.
• Privacy-respecting analytics.

A current list of subprocessors is available on request. We never sell personal data.

Some processors operate outside the EEA. Where this is the case we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent safeguards.

We keep account and purchase records for as long as your account is active and for the period required by tax law (typically 7 years). Waitlist and interest entries are deleted when the product launches or after 24 months of inactivity, whichever comes first.

You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to privacy@yournorthstar.cc. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Our products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

We may update this policy as our products evolve. Material changes will be announced on this page and, where appropriate, by email.
